    All the services were great. The breakfasts were wonderful with a beautiful view and a fabulous assortment and all the staff was affable. The location was magnificent and ideal for walking around an unusual elevator bridge.

    The staff was very accommodating after our reservation through Booked.net did not show in their system. They found us rooms and knocked down the price for the inconvenience. The second night we got a very nice room and was able to leave our stuff with them while we were gone for the day. When we returned they had keys ready for us and our stuff in our new room. Very helpful!

    Our reservation we made through Booked.net did not show in their system and the room we had reserve red was now unavailable. Although this was annoying the staff was very accommodating.

    Staff was great. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working and the sfaff was able to move us to another room. Much more comfortable with a working A/C system. Breakfast was good.

    A/C went out in our original room. Would have liked a little softer bed for sleeping but that's personnal preference that not everybody may want or like.
